Job Description

1. Prepare, edit, and send proposals and presentations.
2. Manage marketing documents and maintain organized records.
3. Send, track, and follow up on proposals.
4. Generate and maintain reports on client engagement and project statuses.
5. Schedule meetings, organize events, and provide administrative support to the marketing team.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication tools.
4. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
