Citra has 8 years of experience in HR and has been part of Dreambox for almost 5 years. Before joining, she worked as an HR officer where she gained experience in compensation, recruitment, training, industrial relations, and performance management. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, majoring in HR, and is also HR Strategic certified.
At Dreambox, she handles everything from hiring and performance reviews to company strategy. What keeps her going is the trust and appreciation from the leadership team.
